Current Volunteer Opportunities
at Samaritan

Audrey Thurman sorts mail for Samaritan participants in our Northwest DC office as part of her role as a one-day-per-week Front Office Coordinator.

Volunteers are critical to Samaritan Ministry’s mission, and we recognize our active volunteers as key members of our staff. Volunteers serve our participants not just with their own love and dedication, but each hour they devote multiplies the level of service we can provide as an organization for each dollar donated. And along with our participants, our volunteers benefit from the mutually transformative and empowering relationships we seek to nurture with our ministry.

We deeply appreciate and take our volunteers seriously, and we seek to give them maximally rewarding assignments and tailor their commitments to whatever level of responsibility and involvement they are seeking.
