Toiletries are of course essential for maintaining personal hygiene while a person is searching for work or housing, but they can be expensive when you’re just getting on your feet and they are not covered by SNAP. Samaritan Ministry maintains a supply of useful, unused toiletries to help our participants when they are in need.
Please drop off toiletries or have them sent to our Arlington, VA office below during the corresponding hours so that they may be received. (And never drop items off on holidays or weekends, as no one will be there to receive them. If in doubt, call first here.
- 2207 Columbia Pike, Arlington, VA 22204 – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, 10 am to 2 pm.
For your convenience, we’ve set up a wish list of popular brands of the most-need toiletry items that you can order from Amazon here and have shipped directly to Samaritan. If you use this link to place your order, Samaritan Ministry will pop up at the top of your shipping options. Be sure to select it Please select it if you want the supplies sent straight to us. If you’d prefer to drop them off yourself, pick your own address.
And if you’re shipping items to Samaritan, please remember to use one of the above addresses rather than your own when prompted for a shipping address. After you place your order, feel free to write to communications@samaritanministry.org to let us know to keep an eye out for your package!
