If you are teaming up with another Table Captain to host, only one form needs to be submitted.Please note that we are still asking all guests to register on the official NSB page if they plan to attend via Watch Party.

If you have prepared a flyer on your own or using one of our templates and would like it shared, please send it to Communications Associate Ruby Wilson. She can also assist you in creating a flyer or using the Canva website to create your own.
