Samaritan Ministry Begins Clothing Bin Project

Samaritan Ministry announced a new clothing bin project in a mutually beneficial partnership with MetroAid, LLC. Samaritan Ministry recently placed the first clothing bin on the Northwest office property, and donations of clothing, and other accessories, are already flooding in. MetroAid has agreed to fully manage clothing collections from the bins. Needed business clothing will be pulled from the bins and delivered to Samaritan Ministry's clothing closets. The rest will be sold, and part of the proceeds will go directly to Samaritan Ministry to support people who are homeless, unemployed or otherwise in need, to make changes in their lives.

So far, one clothing bin has been placed on the corner of 16th St & Colorado Ave NW, but more will soon be placed all over the DMV!

If you would like to know more, or are interested in hosting a bin on your property, please see the attached question and answer sheet provided below and contact Don McCrabb at dmccrabb [at] samaritanministry.org or 202-722-2280 x316.
