Partnership is a core value here at Samaritan Ministry, we all have something to gain when we join together. This was very apparent at our recent virtual visit to the St. Andrew’s Episcopal Lower School, where Executive Director David B. Wolf and Participant Ben Morgan came to speak to the students about how to stay motivated in life and how Samaritan Ministry helps people like Ben. The students were thankful and inspired, and we were happy to receive their thank you notes and artwork in the mail! David and Ben also spoke to St. Andrew’s Middle and High School students the next day.

St. Andrew’s Episcopal School is a core Partner School and we can always rely on their support, especially during the holiday season. The lower school just ran a gift card drive and collected 79 grocery store gift cards totaling $2,600! Gift cards are always appreciated and needed by our participants, and we’re sure they’ll enjoy using them to shop for Christmas dinner! Earlier this year, the entire school had their annual community walk on Homecoming weekend in October as part of our Empower Our Neighbors in Need Campaign – raising over $11,000 to support our mission.
